Natalie Portmanteau.

And also imaginary.

This is very interesting….sounds like you work for a brewery. Do you worry that the trend of smaller breweries being bought out by the big guys means that local breweries are going to have an even harder time contracting hops? Does Terrapin (local brewery in Athens that just got bought by MillerCoors) now have easier

Oooo, and also The Rites, and Life.Death.Life.Truth. Excellent IPAs.

Agree completely…I'm in Georgia, and Sculpin runs $14 for a six pack, as compared to $9-10 for most other craft beer. I love Grapefruit Sculpin….a LOT. But it's not 40-45% better than Jai Alai, or Bell's Two Hearted, or Tropicalia, etc, etc….

Totally agree with the "baseline" comment. If I'm trying a new brewery, I almost always try their IPA first unless someone suggests something else specifically.

More Southern IPAs:

I humbly offer up Guinness Nitro IPA as an example of a "legitimately bad IPA".

Since I am in Georgia, I'm drinking tons of Night on Ponce by Three Taverns Brewery, unless I can find Tropicalia from Creature Comforts, at which point I buy as much as they will let me.

Rudy never recovered from the MC (who I think was Al Smith V?) roasting him in his opening by saying "Don't worry, Mr Mayor…we've arranged the lighting just right so that you are in Trump's shadow all night".

Yeah, right….we watch you masturbate in these threads almost every day.

NASEEEEEEM PEDRAAAAAD!

Where's Donal Logue?

I still love the show, and I would definitely say it's worth it. Season 6 goes off the rails, but I personally loved the finale. As long as you know that not every mystery will be solved, I think it holds up.

Seriously….I'm surprised he didn't fall over backwards at one point.
And "I was under the impression that if you sneak in to a place you also have to sneak out" is something my wife and I are still saying to each other days later.

I was there! And he was fantastic…as good as it is to listen to, watching him live was that much better.

Going to the ATL show tonight! Nobody here cares, but I just like telling as many people as possible!

Yeah, she's doing a character. That's not her real hair either, by the way.

I've tried to watch There Will be Blood twice now, and I think I've only made it through about 45 minutes before turning it off or falling asleep.

I've always enjoyed Donna's perspective and insight when she's reviewing shows. Now that she linked Football Study Hall in a review of Better Call Saul, she may be my current favorite author.
