Tears of the Kingdom is a MASTERPIECE. If you played and enjoyed Breath of the Wild, it needs to be the very next game you play. It provides every emotional vibe in one package, and improves on BotW at every turn. And I thought BotW was a nearly flawless game!

BG3 is also great but demands more of you. I think it’s a

I’m not a royalist or a sympathizer or anything, but I do generally feel like “royal watching/discussion” is the national past time in the UK (and, based on this post, many other countries as well). I tend to believe that the benefit of the royal family to the British psyche (not to mention the British economy, in the

ahhh, I misunderstood your post and assumed (wrongly!) you had a PS4. Yup, I’m sure you’re right - Spider-Man shall be there when you’re ready.

The good news is that there’s probably plenty of stuff on Game Pass Ultimate streaming to keep you busy until that’s available. I don’t have an xbox, but playing Halo on my mac

For what it’s worth, Spider-Man is pretty frequently on sale for something like $20 (aka 1-2 months of this service) and is 1000% worth that and more. I bet you can get a disc version on Ebay for way less than that even. No reason to wait!

I have a mid-2014 model that’s running well (though it could use a new battery). That said, Apple’s trade in value for it is $480, which is actually enough to make me seriously consider upgrading (which, I suppose, is the entire point). The results of the hands on reviews will be super informative for me as I sit here

To quote one of the most profound and thought-provoking minds of my lifetime:

This may be a dumb question, but does the fact that this works by mobile connection mean that it’ll also work on DIFFERENT wifi? I’d love to, for example, play PS4 games at work (uhhhh... not on work time... obviously...) but if I could do that with my robust work wifi it’d be killer (and well worth the $4).

I’m no physicist but I feel like this general theory has been floating around for a while, so I’m guessing that both shows were influenced by the same source material. That R&M episode was also great.

Now playing

This is a very important PSA. Also an opportunity for me to link to one of my favorite video shorts from recent years.

I respect others’ opinions, but come on, the fruit tile memory game is CLEARLY the worst. It’s boring, and rarely eliminates more than a handful of players. It’s worthless. I’d much rather something challenging than something pointless.

Question - for those of us that use extensions like the Great Suspender, which hold unused tabs in a suspended state, would this have any benefit? Or does it only help for tabs that are otherwise totally active?

so it WAS a dumb question! thanks for the info. I’ve never been particularly sensitive to picture differences anyways. Perhaps I ought to have continued living in ignorance. Oh well.

Possibly a dumb question, but have we not always been able to do this using Chrome or other browsers? Or will Safari be the only Mac browser able to do this?

The chainmail scrubber thing is very handy, and I love it, but it does sometimes lead to one of the worst possible kitchen activities, which is when it accidentally falls into the garbage disposal and gets all mangled. There are few things more unpleasant (and terrifying) than systematically removing dozens of broken

I’m a Minneapolitan. I’ve eaten there before and I’ll eat there again. Not sure when, but I’m there.

The Bon Appetit youtube personalities may disagree. They had a pretty great “best grilled cheese” episode recently and I think most used mayo, including Claire Saffitz who I trust to discern such things. That said, this is CLEARLY a problem for me to solve with science. Grilled cheese science. AKA the best kind.

An important hack for those of us who move a lot - you are not required to put your address on your own check. I’ve lived in 5-6 homes in the past decade and during that entire time my checks have just had my name on it and I’ve never had an issue. On the rare occasion where I need my address listed, I can always just

Awesome, thanks for the update! I always end up overestimating my FSA and it’d be nice to not have to panic buy a bunch of sunscreen this December.

I dug around a bit but I can’t tell if this applies to any purchase from this year or only purchases from this point forward. Any idea? I happened to have bought a decent number of OTC meds & misc. last month and it’d be great to apply it to this, but I suspect that’d be a no go.
