Well, I am talking about how you are wrong about how easy it is to vote and if you can’t get a birth certificate or a state ID you probably should not vote. Fees and taxes? I pay both daily and do my share of bitching about it.

If you don’t know how to get a birth certificate, you should not vote. If you don’t register in time, you don’t get to vote. It really is not that difficult. There are many organizations that would help the statically insignificantly number of people who need it.
