Great video! I have done a few of these and found that the position of the led elements is crucial. There are adjustable led fixtures that you can set the depth and angle of the elements to best match the halogens being replaced. If you do not get the correct placement in the reflector, you will get “scattered light”

Last year, I watched two airline gorillas try to put an electric wheelchair in the belly of the jet next to ours. Yep, they dropped it a good 8 ft to the tarmac and it broke into no less than 6 pieces. They just picked up the pieces and threw them in and shut the door. WTF.
