Both of those spin off shows were horrible. I will say that LeBlanc’s first (?) appearance on Married with Children is one of my favorites, its the episode where Al is trying to figure out a song he likes just based on humming “Hmm hmm, him...”

Costner was perfectly cast, but the script just did not get the character right. Instead of being Clark’s moral compass, he was more fixated on secret-keeping, even at the expense of human lives (including his own).
