Of all the slimy, gross crab monsters on this planet, you are apparently the hottest.

There’s been a few good emotional scenes in the MCU franchise. One of the best was Killmonger’s “spirit journey”, especially when his father asked “No tears for me?”. Both Guardians movies had a decent would-be-tearjerker scene, it’s too bad the impact was lessened since they were surrounded by so many jokes. I also…
It’s also possible that Abernathy is a host duplicate of a former guest. It could explain his breakdown over seeing a pic of NYC in the first episode.
I don’t watch the show either, but I am aware of some other people who had success after appearing on the show. I suppose Jennifer Hudson has had the biggest career (with the exception of Clarkson and Underwood), although not sure what she’s doing now.
Around the mid-late 80s when I started buying comics regularly and trying to build up my collection, the cover price on new issues was 75 cents (and no sales tax), so it was easy to figure out how many a month you could buy with your allowance. Plus, you could find good deals on back issues if you knew where to hunt…
I’ll be honest. the Judge Dredd movie is kind of a guilty pleasure, I’ll usually watch it if it shows up on cable. Despite all it’s misgivings, there’s a lot of cool details (Megacity One, the ABC Robot, the costumes, Mean Machine Angel, etc.)
I was unsure at first about having a second child, but like you said, I can’t imagine life differently now. Had we not waited four years to have the second one, we might have tried for three.
I have two kids, and there are things in the trailer that are familiar to me as well as probably to all parents out there (sleepless nights, dealing with older siblings while juggling a newborn, and the stresses both physically and mentally that mothers go through). But I can’t relate to the whole nanny thing,…
In the trailer for this they look like the same person
It’s this exactly. He was even holding up the remote “stick” when he said the line. How is there even confusion about this?
Someone get this show a body bag, yeaaahhh!
I was a big ROM fan as a kid, also had the toy they based the comic on.
I really love that batshit-crazy Transformers vs GI Joe series that IDW put out a few years ago.
Jeez, post-production took this long? Ha, okay, then I guess no lesson was learned after the semi-recent Russel Crowe Robin Hood movie.
I take it no lesson was learned after the recent failure of the “edgy” King Arthur movie.
Actually, I would like it if Disney acquired Hasbro. Then Marvel can have not only Micronauts and ROM back, but also Transformers and G.I. Joe (the latter of which was a great Marvel comic in the 80s)
Marvel no longer has the rights to Micronauts or ROM, unfortunately. It’s a shame, in the first Ant-Man movie when he entered the Quantum Realm, I would have geeked out over a Bug cameo.
We should have gotten a parody Jim Carroll song at the end of IW listing all the characters who died.
The St Louis Zoo started serving Dole Whip a year or so ago. You can’t get it in a float, but I’ve considered smuggling in a can of pineapple juice so I can make my own. Maybe also some rum if I want to make the adult version.
