@aeiluindae: There has to be remote access to rerout the plane, etc.

@iPhoneUser: That's great, but then Apple shouldn't talk about it being break-resistant and showing it being stressed. They should show/discuss it being SCRATCH resistant. It's misleading.

Well, it eliminates the threat of killing the pilot and flying the plane into something. Buuuut then hackers would be able to do that.

@dr_lha: Well, it's not an unknown site, and all of the major gadget blogs picked it up, which gives it a little more credibility. Waiting until it comes out doesn't help people who are deciding whether or not to get on a 6-day line to be the first to have one.

@Cintax: That being the case, why use it on your phone?

Whoever engineered the Rogue should be shot.

They were going to do a side-by-side drop test against the EVO, but no one could bear to drop such an awesome device.

@MeanMF: OMG that really is their logo.

@AMoliski: That's not how these applications get built. By the time the programmer gets his marching orders, features like this are already decided upon and incorporated into the bigger picture. This was approved at a higher level, by someone(s) who should have known better. They are lucky they only associated email

This is annoying and I want an opt-out link without logging in. Are they kidding me with this? I know I can use HTTPS and google.com/m, but I don't care. No immediate opt-out link is as stupid as forced Buzz in gmail. My department will be fielding 100 calls a day because of this stupidity.

I'm sure they all have a lot of gadgets.

@loki13: The whole reason the iPhone was successful is because it made the PDA phone accessible to the average person. Aside from focus groups, did you actually read my comment? All I am saying is that there is a chance no one cares about those notifications but the loud few who complain on tech boards.

@LiviaSnake: Wouldn't matter. A router is not a weapon. There are no laws like that about your router.

Good job guys!

@David Billiter: One valid complaint (of a few) is the fact that your IP address is not hard evidence that you did something. If my neighbor taps into my wi-fi and pirates this crappy movie, it will show up with my IP address. I should keep my router locked up, but there's no law saying I have to. What if I'm an

@TheSonOfKrypton: Hey, if it runs CE, you can easily hack it and run games, etc.

The sound of pacman in the back SLAYS me. I am crying laughing at my desk.

@xair: Someone will be laughing at us then, so we should enjoy this while we can. It's the circle of life...

@NaraVara: Noooo, the point of iAds is for Apple to make money off ads. Most quality sites don't commit the offense you speak of anyway.

I am buying one of these within the week. Too cool.
