I have sat in those seats at CenturyLink (first row, third tier). It was fucking terrifying, and the railing there was minuscule. Could definitely see someone falling without pulling idiotic antics.
Uuuugh. I recently sat in those seats (first row, third tier) at CenturyLink for a soccer game. The railing was so short and the drop so big, that was my fear the whole time.
