Those photos clearly are examples of a master race.

though the TV show may not hold up today

I thought the TV show holds up pretty well, except for Adrian Paul’s ponytail.

You just got me to pull up and listen to Queen’s Who Wants to Live Forever, so thanks for that.

Highlander: The Series was better than any TV series about a bunch of people who run around cutting each other’s heads off had any right to be.

“Your powers are weak... old man. Your restaurants are dirty, your menu stale, face it... You’re a joke!

“I realized that I’d never seen a movie where there was actually a superhero who was a mother.”

Please guys... please stop this. The original Ghostbusters is a gem, a national treasure, a perfect encapsulation of the ‘80s. Nothing you do now will ever be nearly as good. If you need a paycheck, just surf though that stack of screenplays in the corner of your office; you’re bound to find something that will work

Just hand over Ghostbusters to the team that made Spider-man into the Spider-verse and let them go nuts. Make it animated and more kid friendly (if that was the GB2016 goal). Then give Insomniac the license to make a game.

That is my point exactly. While he was DEAD wrong for closed-fist punching her like that, kids--all kids, need to stay in their lane. Many of them are disrespectful: and having an encouraging mob or clique nearby only emboldens them. She was wrong. Now-did her actions warrant his response? No! But we cannot ignore the

Listen, there’s a LOT wrong with this. He should be an adult - teens are often hot assholes and when in a setting like a mall, surrounded by their hotter asshole friends, they heckle. You gotta know how to walk away.

Wasn’t Discovery showing the dark side of the Federation?

Is anyone else tired of the “dark side of the federation” junk? The whole thing that made Star Trek different in the first place was the optimism and humanity figuring its shit out.

Section 31 is best used in small doses, and mostly to show that while groups often have a desire to take authoritarian shortcuts, in the end that approach fails.  That is literally the entire point of the end of the Dominion war.

Ugh -- enough of this “dark side” nonsense, thank you.

Because dark is what people want from Star Trek, right?

That’s another thing I really loved about DS9. With most of the Cardassians, they were just regular Joes going about their business and doing what they thought was right for their people. Garak, Ghemor, and even Damar were more than just “the bad guy.” With Dukat though, they made sure to show us he had a family, a

She’s not even a good or interesting villain in the context of wider Trek. When Star Trek does have antagonists, they’re often “monsters” shown to be too alien to be understand initially (the Horta), good people on the wrong side (the Romulan Commander from Balance of Terror), complex and often rationalizing that they’

Oh good. Because if there’s one thing Star Trek needs, it’s “MOAR DARK!”. Ugh.
