A UK penny is exactly the same composition, size and weight of a US penny. It's just worth more.

I went to Cambodia this year and got a whole bucket of paper Riel, but they only wanted US dollars. Except they don't have any American coins, so you get a coffee for $1.50 and get 2000 Riel for change.

Except they are labelled. That might be your problem, drinking an old unlabelled bottle from the bottom of the ocean. I've heard that black market marijuana doesn't have labels as to origin, sprays, inspections, however.

Unfortunately, bath salts are also legal almost everywhere, and are taxed like any other product, so they are making revenue just the same.
