So, Rey is Palpatine’s Granddaughter and her Mum is Villanelle?
Luke’s green lightsaber, where has that one gone? Still on Ahch-too?
For that matter Ben Kenobi’s is still kicking around out there as well, or did it go up with the first Death Star, or is it on Mustafar?
Sith Troopers? Ok, so did the Emperor just hire Read more

I had no real love for Snap but I agree with your other two points. All those ships looked badass. Hopefully there are at least some deleted scenes of more of them in action. I mean, we didn’t even really get to see the few resistance fighter ships do much! I still have never seen a B-Wing do anything cool, haha. But Read more

Midichlorians are like George’s kid came home with their cell biology homework, and told George about mitochondria. With them being the power generators of the cells, George’s brain must have been “more mitochondria = more power”, and then applied that to his midichlorians. Read more

I get why people hate the midichlorians but I wonder if the concept could work if it was presented differently? The Force is often said to have been inspired by the Dao in Daoism (I’m a religion professor and I like to use this fact in class to interest sleepy students in Chinese religions), so perhaps midichlorians Read more

I’ll watch that if Ben Stiller plays a goofy Jedi dating the daughter of a super scary and creepily overprotective midichlorian.

Saying “why can’t they just hire good writers instead of diverse writers” ignores the long, long time that “good” has equaled “white.” It also presupposes that they aren’t good, despite the fact that you appear not to have seen anything they Read more

Something Wicked probably freaked adults out more than kids.  Mr. Dark tearing pages from the book of Robards’ life was scary as a kid, but I’m sure a gut punch to their parents (and grandparents).
