I bet a lot of kids have a soft spot in their hearts for the movie because the first half is a pretty realistic portrayal of a family going through a divorce. Kinda like how kids latched onto Mrs. Doubtfire because it starts off pretty realistic. Goes nutso half an hour in, though.

I kinda had Terminator Genisys on while I was doing stuff and it seems like it starts with a cool premise (I guess) but then just goes off the rails when it introduces some bullshit. It tries to get way too cute with what it wants to do.
