Let him do anything he wants to on the ground, no power to the engines, and no passengers on board. Or here’s a thought - several hours in a simulator. I don’t care how disciplined the kid is, pilots have to be certified to fly passengers commercially for a reason. Nothing against the kid, but the pilots are idiots.

Casual F1 observer here....they are idiots for not implementing this immediately. The drivers are basically land-based jet pilots as it is, close the damn cockpit and save some lives.
