I didn't just believe my stuffed animals came alive - I believed that all inanimate objects had feelings. To this day, I apologize and feel guilty when I throw something away or even just bump into or drop it.

I did the same thing! I wrote my sister's name on our bedroom wall, and when confronted by my mom, was informed that "Chrissie can't spell."

Luxembourg is like the Kentucky of Europe - it's a place to drive through and pick up cheap gas and cigarettes while traveling.

Oh, no! I've been counting on Philadelphia as a fallback airport :(

May I also add to your addition? Never ever enter the US through Newark. You can leave through there without too many issues, but OMG is it hell on earth on the way in. In fact, unless you're flying TO NYC, avoid that whole region like the plague (Philadelphia is fine).

I just finished the book - the relationship that spawned the sex scene was important to the plot, but the actual act really wasn't. It just seemed kind of...not his strong point, and he didn't really repeat it.

I have an international flight on Friday and am currently in the "making peace with the potential end of my life" stage at the moment.

My maiden name is an antiquated, still occasionally used racial slur. My husband's name is a cute 3-word Dutch last name that basically translates as "from the fortress" or "from the castle." As my first name is Sarah, which means princess, I had the choice between being known as "princess racial slur" or "princess

I lived on Boulevard one block down from the museum for a couple of years and wandered over randomly in all kinds of weather - I spent blizzards in that place! The collection is wonderful.

I never buy them up-front - I don't do the upgrade until either the online check-in or at the actual airport. That way I just have to pay the little fee instead of the one they do at reservation time.

I think he's referring to both her also being an addict and that they have some really dysfunctional relationship patterns - how they act to each other, how they deal with disagreements, etc. Not that I want to give Dr. Drew any credit, but I didn't read it as "it's her fault," I read it as "there are some deeply

Free alcohol + power outlets mean I'm going to check out Delta next time. Seriously. I think they're one of the airlines that keeps trying to connect me through Newark, though, and I will never enter the country through that airport again, free drinks or not.

Mine are having their 67th next month - they still love and support each other and are definitely role models for all gajillion of us grand- and great-grandkids.

It's not lounge-related, as I haven't had long enough layovers to need to duck into one in a while, but as someone who lives in Europe and flies back to the US 1-2 times a year to visit family:

I think it was sometime in the early 80s- I'm from 73 and he was still invisible until after I quit watching.

I don't think so. It's more how you put things together than what those things actually are.

Thank you!! It's going into my feed now...

I so need to know where you got this. It's perfect!

I could also suggest shelters - they're always looking for stuff that often has coupons, like toothpaste/brushes and deodorant and the like. My sister turns into a mini hoarder when she finds good ones, and donates truckloads, especially to women's shelters.
