@wednesdayam: We have Cornettos, but we don't have THOSE.

@RestroomOccupado: I'm 36 and do it, messily. And think it's really cute (and easy!)

@MrsNorthman: I had sex the first time in the late 80s...HIV was the big scare, with pregnancy second and I didn't actually have sex without a condom until well into the 90s.

@ink: Oh, yes. During the 80s, my parents finally gave in and had an extra phone line installed, because they were tired of my sister and I fighting over the phone.

@kaleidokate: I'd like to add, since we're going through it ourselves, that there are some who just aren't permitted to adopt. My husband and I waited until we were financially stable and at a good point to have children when we found out that he's infertile. Since he's now 41, and there are laws in NL, where we live,

@Jackie Olive: Very possibly. But I choose to believe the attraction is in the opposites, so me and my low-tops are safe.

@Dinkenesh: I'm behind it! My husband and I both wear Chucks, and I choose to believe that his high-tops coupled with my low-tops mean that we're comfortable expressing our individuality while remaining part of the loving unit.

@QoB: It's also a country where almost everyone speaks English- I have a hard time actually speaking Dutch (though I'm pretty good with the language) since as soon as I speak Dutch to a salesperson, they reply enthusiastically in English.

@emmyb: She also seems to be having a really good time, for all her lack of man and children. Do you think she knows she's miserable?

@kb32: I waxed once. I could only make it through half...so I had one lovely bare side and one lovely fuzzy side. Then BF was too smart to ask.

@Jelliejennie: I like it a lot, too. The recipes and travel suggestions are good, and the clothing suggestions always include something I can afford, too, unlike most of the ladymags. And a lot of it is more practical than some of the snarking would let on.

@femaledwightschrute: OMG the baby boat shoes! And the little ankle strap ones! And they're so cute!

@AntiSlice: My sister was REALLY close to walking in to "Brick House". She wasn't kidding. The groom was for it, family pressure eventually led to her choosing something more traditional.

@acbatz: Can I just get the cake and the elephant? Because that would be one hell of a housewarming party.

@gingergal7: I had a Ken doll who was involved in an unfortunate lawn mower accident and had half his bicep shaved off...that's the picture that jumped in my head when I read "back scooping". It wasn't pretty...

I'm so torn! I'm not voting yet! It may come down to closing my eyes and clicking the mouse randomly.

We didn't have a big reception- there was a 2 hour cocktails and snacks thing instead, so we made a couple of discs of Rat Pack and big band music and circulated. It was cool, in a very understated way.

@greeneyedfem: and she was all for sharing the cake! The cake is good. The cake is tasty. The cake must win!

@PIKITIS!!: I don't know...I'm not a fan of Ryan Seacrest, but after I saw his elementary school picture, I softened to him a little. Still won't watch/listen, but when I see pictures, I see the little squishy cute kid.

@iamwombat: I was going to say- my husband isn't the one who keeps his socks on in bed...I don't see my feet, except in the shower or while changing socks, for most of the winter. Including sex.
