omg. do. they’re her best series.
Have you read the Susan Johnson stuff which is a fuck load of smut in really improbable settings? The library I grew up next to had these but its like no one has heard of her.
omg i cried so hard at the end...so embarassing when reading it in public but miranda! those babies! the diaries!
OMG i LOVE anything by Ilona Andrews. (ok there was this weird angel thing a few years ago in an anthology but even they acknowledged that it was an experiment that they might not continue on developing)
omg thank you Kelly for this piece. I practically raised myself on Amanda Quick/Elizabeth Lowell/Julia Quinn books when I was growing up and its so lovely to read a piece that adds to the experience of reading those lovely books instead of denigrating them as ‘romance novels’ and therefore they’re not ‘literature’.
...i know what you mean. first place my mind jumped to was the gutter too.
moscato might do the trick for you. or a late harvest riesling. not sure where you are but in australia if you want to drink wine but want it sweet they’re the two that people go for. Find a good late harvest riesling and you’ll have all the sweetness with the complexity of a good wine.
people do that?
you trying to troll people or something? read through what other people has written properly before you start accusing people. i never said they’re dumb, just not street smart. research examples given. dont be an ass.

Not American here so a lot of the apps other people have been posting about won’t work/apply to me.
passing judgment on customers is the only way to get through bad retail days. it makes you feel better about having to serve those people.
Go you!
the key word there is ‘buffet’. Buffets in japan and korea tend to all have white bread, plastic cheese, strange bacon, little weiner hot dogs along with Asian food stuff.
have you been outside of the u.s.? food doesn’t get comped unless the restaurant has fucked up in a major way anywhere else.
actually Koreans (and Japanese) are inexplicably big on white bread and American cheese. Not the good cheeses but American 'cheese product' stuff. So he would have all the ingredients on hand to make one.
Rei di Roma in Rome is a lovely neighbourhood to stay in. I was there in an Airbnb a little over a month ago and it was great. Lovely people, great food places, really close to everything and a direct train from the airport.
you’ve just summed up the entire situation for normal people.
boar brush is the worst. I’m in your boat and boar brush just spreads the oil around through my very fine hair so I look greasier than when I started.
