Australia is pretty much identical to Canada diversity-wise. Oppressed Indigenous population, heaps of diversity in big cities and next to none in small towns. Areas that are really racist and areas that pretend they’re not.

same here. I used to make jokes about how much of my income goes to taxes. Then I got stage 3c cancer and medicare covered (mostly) everything from surgery to chemo to radio to therapy.
