Hmmm, I took that to mean that the 2014 version of Gamora was just running around in the future somewhere, but maybe you’re right, I guess stay tuned for the exciting conclusion in next summer’s GotG3!

Are we really going with “Nick Fury’s eye was gouged out by a cat” in the MCU?

I will always maintain that S2's Ahsoka vs. Anakin may be one of the top 5 peak SWEU deep investment moments Star Wars managed to put out, period. Literally every part of that scene pulled shit in from across just about every era and feel of both EU’s in the best way possible, and I think that’ll personally go down as

Damn that was an incredible article.

I am sure this comment section will be interesting... sigh.

The Umbrella Academy feels like a slightly darker, more blood-soaked answer to The Royal Tenenbaums with the slightest splash of the sort of comic book whimsy that makes the series’ characters come alive on the page.

This is Japanese lettering, not Chinese, as the linked posted in the article mentions. Granted, the Japanese just stole the chinese lettering but still...

Are you really going to act like people (the industry included) don’t use graphic novel and trade paperback interchangeably? She’s read the first two volumes, not everyone reads comics in single issue.

I have occasionally whispered “Atto de ne” to the chashu before, yes.

So like, the headline says one thing, but then reading your review it sure seems like the other way around.

That means bowls like a

Admittedly I’m not a biggest fan of Hakata tonkotsu, but I didn’t read your words as bashing the style. There’s definitely an American fixation on tonkotsu and spicy miso, which is surprising because outside of Fukuoka and Sapporo, non-chain shops that do Hakata tonkotsu or miso ramen well are fairly specialized and

Ward was the best thing about Season 1 and I’m stoked that he returns.

I think Ward is on this season. Also Tom Pelphrey (Ward) in real life is dating Jaimie Alexander which makes me think that Lady Sif should guest star on this show.

My only question is this, does Ward Meachum return at all?

I mean I think it would be better if a woman directed that film....

Had a longer than expected meeting today, so my usual morning post is pretty late.
