I was being sarcastic. Crash is an awful film.

I was lucky enough to get to work with him a few years back when he was in PBS’ Electric Company reboot. Such an awesome, talented guy!
Phil F, were you aware that next to the word “literal” in the dictionary there’s a picture of you?
Honestly, to me it didn’t look that good. There was just something off about it. The same way that everyone thought Tarkin and Leia were off. Seemed to be the material, it was too rubbery.
GUH!! Spoilers, guys! Instead of “The Painstaking Work The Last Jedi Put in Resurrecting a Classic Star Wars Character” couldn’t you have said “We Have An Article Related To A Thing That May Or May Not Have Happened In A Movie Released Some Time Recently”???
When Wakanda finds herself beset by two enemies intent on the nation’s downfall
This is the correct take. Both are overrated—Ippudo is a solid chain but Ichiran is awful—and the whole tonkotsu thing is so incredibly overdone. There are so many more interesting styles of ramen out there and it drove me nuts when I was in Tokyo for a year that the lines outside of both would be packed with tourists.

Nice bit of in depth analysis.
A few things:
ForceTime?
I’m less concerned about Snoke’s other apprentices than I am the one we’re already aware of.
Okay, I’ll own up. It was me. But don’t worry, I saw those fits Kylo threw, I’ve no intent to challenge his rule or get in the way of all that juicy drama you kids love.
Yeah, if they embrace her Kenniness for IX I’ll be totally on board, will make a supercut of all 5 minutes of her scenes, and do shots every time she says “F N TWO ONE EIGHT SEVEN”
Two.
This has also been bothering me. So many people say it was wasted time, and look, the pacing could have been better in the second act, but it accomplished literally exactly what it was supposed to. We’re so used to the idea that events that move the story forward are events that lead to success, and that’s not this…
This reminds me of the great Facebook post I’ve seen going around if people used their complaints regarding this movie back in 1980.
I had the same thought on that. It felt like he was covering for her there.
Yup. I caught that also. It also could be that Rey has sticky fingers. heh
I disagree, as a long time fan it wasn’t the character building or the subversion that got to me. it was terrible direction.
Finally caught it yesterday with the little one, and we absolutely loved how they kept subverting the audiences expectations and throwing us for a loop.
