Who the Hell thought it was a good idea give Lobo the power cosmic and the Ghostrider?

Almost my entire social circle of nerds, who are all in their 40's and have plenty of attention span, skipped this movie.

You gotta admit, being pregnant is a great alibi for throwing up constantly while making a Zack Snyder DC movie.

This episode is how you do a feminism episode. Not by shoving it in peoples faces like the God awful Flash episode from last week but by weaving it into the story very well. Another great episode that touched on a political subject was the right to bear arms one from Arrow last season.

Well, it will be said anyway, and with reason, so here it goes: The movies made “Kick-Ass” a way better character and story than any of the immature Millar’s comics. I lost count of how many non-comics fans I met who enjoyed the movies and, when introduced to the original comics, said “Wait, what is this shit?”. So

The future of comics has nothing to do with adults, though. DC Superhero Girls is selling like gangbusters for DC right now and the company is very well aware that new properties—especially for younger, female audiences—are where its focus needs to be.

Why is everyone roasting the AV Club for this? It is the right thing to do and even if they are not the Times or The Post, it still matters.

No, as this removes our reviews from the media and publicity cycle.

Shit, just give the FF to Brad Bird.

I want to frame this comment so that it can be used in the future on the exhibit of nerd douchebro commentary.

It’s way more Star Trek clone than McFarlane comedy. It’s part of why I like it so much.

Because that crazy Wakandan tech looks like they came from outer space and way more advanced then Stark tech, apart from the Iron Man suit itself.

Rocket should definitely be making fun of Stark’s “advanced tech” the whole time, then gush over how really advanced Black Panther’s stuff is

He doesn’t look like Shazam in the least. Shazam should be played by Ian McKellan or someone like that. Christopher Lee would have been perfect. Definitely Shazam needs an actor who can do the ancient Wizard thing convincingly. This Levi kid isn’t that, but he would make a great Billy Batson.

I think the shot of Karolina and Nico in the trailer suggests that she’s definitely still queer and likely interested in Nico.

Nice nitpick of one person being the end all of picking a physical comedian.

the wise man bowed his head solemnly and spoke: “there’s actually zero difference between good & bad things. you imbecile. you fucking moron”

my favorite feature of this site is absolutely no consequences for my opinions sucking ffucking ass and me being 100% wrong about everything

He’s not stupid, he’s out of touch because he’s an alien from an ancient Norse planet and thus doesn’t understand common human things and speaks in old timey-ish language.

Question weirdnstay: do you not like funny things?
