My personal internal audit frightens me more than my mental trolls. Then again, as PrairieMoon noted, the internal sycophant, my CIO, puts up resistance to the audit board. It's a mental microcosm of frustration. :P

That is a T-Shirt worthy post. (It also made me think of St. Petersburg, the game, and a bunch of other fun things so +bonus points).
Yes! Thank you for "pagination" Google Docs, that deficiency always used to frustrate me. On the other hand, Download Squad, you will be missed. :(
Well, it was my first real soldering project so it was't too difficult, I just tore open an old broken vcr and practiced on it before getting to work and everything was fine. In the kits I bought they had one step where you had to select a resistor based on whether you planned on using it for an apple or other device.…
I have seven email addresses, they all forward to my main Gmail account, I get almost no spam (and if I am trying out some new program or thing that needs my email I use one of my disposable ones). Maybe I'm just lucky but I don't have email problems.
MintyBoosts are great! I use the one I made all of the time.
That IS plan B...
I wouldn't be adding a measly two gigs, I have six slots on my board and six gb with three used. If I were to add more ram I would go for another six gb and up my total to twelve gb. Hopefully Firefox and any of my other programs wouldn't be able to use all of that (except my vm's, all of those running at once could).
Made me think of Officespace...
Well, to most of you this will seem positively modern but my first memories of computers involve my father upgrading to a new HP Pavilion with Windows 98 (from his Gateway with Windows 95) and then using it to "help" my mom check her mail or visit news websites. It was an important job. Sadly I didn't really do much…
I'm pretty sure that's the thing he's looking for.
I agree with what everyone is saying about better heat sink, new thermal grease, etc. Just a note about fans if you decide to add more of them or replace them with better ones. You likely want to try and get positive case pressure. I know that some people with disagree with that but it should help decrease the amount…
Thank goodness for that. I'm at 6gb right now but I might need to use my other three slots (x58 board) and up it to 12gb if this continues.
That's why I'll leave DRM free copies of all my stuff for my family and kids, less trouble for them to try and get and since they won't need to declare, they can get it without paying taxes. I'll also be sure to leave access codes to all of my online stuff. If they want it good, if not hey they can sell it for all…
My online accounts are pretty much all covered in my LastPass account. I'll just leave access instructions in my will that will only make sense to someone close to me and then in LastPass (or whatever other service I'll be using) I'll provide a message with information about the location and access codes for all my…
If that frightens you don't look at the B-36 FICON. You have been warned.
What if it's web-based? Gmail doesn't autodelete my messages.
I've been using PhotoRec [www.cgsecurity.org] and it's always done the job.
So bad it's a feature, eh? The recovery tool I use right now doesn't even have a gui, it's all command line and annoying to use but at least it works. I'll be trying this, it may be a step up for me. ;)
Ha! I came here with this in mind too. Beat me to it. I can't wait to get my hands on the final release though it looks like it's going to be great. :D
