@pnikkosis: You now have "Experience" so don''t worry. =)

@anechoic: I like persistent Linux, just boot up and use my saved software for antivirus/malware or data recovery.

@Chaim Chaikin: From looking at WolframAlpha, they don't obtain live information like Google. Here it is from their FAQ: " Does Wolfram|Alpha get its data from the web?

@Mickets: Smores? That's all I can think of.

@Coreboy: Holes are easier to maintain since you can mow over them and not have to use a weed-whacker. I'm all for the simplest approach to toasting marshmallows.

@gmrple: Oh, sorry. I have persistence on my live keys which partitions the flash-drive and keeps me from saving other documents or erasing the OS except while it's running as a virtual machine or independently. Since you and pyehac just use live versions that makes sense.

@Astrophizz: Yes, that makes sense, I remember hearing about how few people used Shockwave when I tried to find a Linux version and there were none. Sorry about the "research" I couldn't help teasing you. =)

I found my doctors after a bit of searching and there was a decent list of all the others locally. On the other hand all of my doctors' ratings were very low. I know them well and completely disagree with the reports. At least right now, there aren't enough people voting to make this accurate in providing advice on

@Astrophizz: Only five of my plugins are recognized, the other 12 are like yours. (I don't think that "Research" means that they are prototypes; I'm pretty sure you're looking at the research link which does a Google search on that unrecognized plugin for you) Does anybody else have an issue with Shockwave for

@Monty: I thought the egg-timer would be great since I have an egg everyday, but the first video I got was just horrible. I still have nightmare. This tea timer may be less entertaining, but at least it and my tea will help me to relax as opposed to the other. =) (would it be possible to set a content filter so that

@pyehac: If you really wanted to go crazy you could get an Ubuntu sticker off the internet (If it's flat, otherwise it might not work). Plus, If you install an OS on the card aren't you prevented from doing anything but formatting it? (Windows won't let me do anything but format my Linux flash drive, so you should be

@torgreed: I just saw something on Think Geek that seems to be a way around the bios limitations. I don't know if it would work on macs but it's worth a shot. Also let's not forget the wonders of creating a Linux flash drive with persistence. Here are the links...

@septentriones: Sorry for the seperate entry, this one has a good diagram and is where I first read about case pressure. I had to dig through my bookmarks to find the site. [www.xoxide.com]

@TheNimboo: Here are a couple of links, people still are conflicted over the dust vs cooling of the system though. hope they help. [www.tomshardware.com]

I can't read everything in reader and I usually leave all my unread articles as tabs on Firefox. As it is I end up using Chrome while I wait for the other to load. Does anybody know if there is a 64 bit browser that can use flash and other plug-ins? IE 64 bit and the Firefox based browsers I've seen don't and it's the

I have yet to finish with my fan arrangements in my newly built desktop, but I've read that positive case pressure will help keep the dust out. By having more fans sucking in than blowing out, any little particles in your case will try to escape along with the extra air through any crack to the outside. I don't know

I always like to use a Latin dictionary for my passwords. I choose something meaningful to me, maybe choose the genitive form to show that it's mine. I love how cool they sound, and most people don't think to use a dead language. (I guess any language would work though)

I'm using it with rapportive and having the two of them on my email is useful since I noticed that one sometimes finds things the other misses. I'll have to see if they're both worth keeping.

@sebastian.garillo: Right click on the taskbar, unlock it, choose the smaller icons. When you hover over the edge now, you should get a double arrow and be able to resize it like any window. hope this helps.
