RDR2 was literally at the very top of my wanted games list for however many years it took to come out after it was announced, and I had hoped for it ever since I played RDR 1. Iliterally dreamed about the game and how good it would be.

I am in the middle of chapter 2 but I have to say I am greatly enjoying the undisturbed slowness of the first few hikes. The music that slowly picks up as the camera pulls back to reveal the vast empty world as you slowly hike through it have been my favorite parts.

If it’s aiming for the realism of war, the part where you abandon the rebels to be ethnically cleansed should be interesting.

Finally, finally mutants have embraced the joys of (ethical) polyamory. No more boring love triangles; panels are about to get so steamy your screen will fog up, especially when Emma stops by for a (few) booty call(s).

Santa Blanca’s explicitly a Mexican cartel that moved into Bolivia. I know Wildlands is set in Bolivia. Bolivia literally complained to France about the game.

“Get me pictures of Batwoman!”

Sound a bit upset that the US isn't the only ones able to force their culture upon others. Not a fan of China but noones been this upset that the US has been erasing and surplanting media and culture outside of its borders for about 60 years now.

Reading this as a person who has actually spent significant time in China, europe, and NA makes me laugh.

“...we’re at a point where the PRC govt is now affecting culture and media which is a whole new level of influence.”

A shame that they can't criticize a authoritarian regime without being racist. Kind of give ammunition to the other side that try to discredit them.

The “Snowflake Generation” in this case being old white men in their 70s....

Yeah ... which means the movie basically construes East Coast Liberals (Democrats) as callous blood-thirsty douches who’s only care for Real Heartland Americans (Republicans) is to hunt them down like vermin .... heading in to an election year where Democrats are being marketed to heartland Americans as driven by pure

As another backer, I’m curious what your concerns are.

I’ll make it quick for everyone:

I spent all the money when it came to backing this Kickstarter. Having played the game now, it was totally worth it to do so. My childhood has not been ruined by this game; rather, it is screaming with pure, unfettered joy.

Now is as good a time as ever to play Tales from the Borderlands before you can no longer get it in the future, if only to understand where these characters like Vaughn, Rhys, and a couple others referenced in this DLC are coming from. Vaughn showing up in this DLC was unexpected but awesome

Ah, the Saubere Wehrmacht Theorist has logged on!

The myth of the “clean” Wehrmacht is a myth. As is the "we didn't know anything".

Honest question, but what didn’t you like about this? What they did with Dany’s character? Because thats been hinted at since the beginning. That said, I will admit that the show didn’t execute the “heel turn” as well as it should have, and some of that it didn’t entirely feel earned.

What worries me most is that Netflix says they are going to make more original shows- which is great, they have a fairly solid track record there- but they also seem to think 3 seasons of 10 episodes is enough. It isn’t.
