That wasn't the point I was making, though. My point was that it is great choreography in a bad movie with bad lines and a bad plot and nothing really interesting going on with the directing or cinematography or anything.

I don't know about the Raid 2, but just as a warning to others, speaking as someone who was convinced to watch The Raid: if you aren't a huge nerd for fight choreography, who places a lot of value on the actual choreography itself versus what is seen on screen, then The Raid is an incredibly mediocre-to-shit action

I just want to point out that DotA 2 is entirely free to play for anyone, and there are no game features or content behind a pay wall. Everything purchasable is purely cosmetic.

Where are you based out of? There's a huge amount of smaller and amateur tournaments all over there world. I was a bit surprised to see a Macedonian tournament the other day.

Agree with this entirely, I played a male troll mage in WoW for a long time simply because I wanted to play a troll, but the female models for trolls are ridiculous. It also had the side effect of getting people off my case. Until I started raiding/using voice regularly.

I'm guessing that they're waiting until the qualifiers finish to do a post about it, but either way, I don't think Kotaku has anyone on staff that actually plays DotA.

Oh no, a Jezebel writer is upset that someone is using a shocking cover to grab attention and get people to read their article. Is that what you mean by trolling season? Because...

Yeah, was incredibly disappointed to see the character basically ruined like that. She's always been one of my favorite characters, but then, I have a soft spot for evil queen characters, even when they aren't literally evil (or even villains).

'Darfur Orphan' arguments are really tedious.

Get over yourself. Blame the English for having shitty options for second person plural pronouns. It is a valid and convenient word and using it is certainly no less egregious than people opting not to use grammar or punctuation in their blog comments.

In case you want a real answer:

I think you know why!

She had a weird ass smush face and it drove me crazy.

To be honest, it's the self-awareness I find most intriguing. There's this sort of dumb oblivious egomania a lot of people see but every once and awhile, I'll read stuff he's written about media and people's reactions and it just seems totally perfectly incisive, on point and self-aware. And through that lens, all

Not that white women haven't often done the same thing to people of color to try and cement their 'value.'

Eh, it gets really annoying when you can have multiple games in a series featuring many many characters from a humanoid race and never ever see a female of the species. I'm looking at you, Turians.

Southron is a totally legitimate, if antiquated, way for referring to a person from the Southern United States, so you're in the clear if they ever call you on it.

No, sorry, Snyder isn't some satirical ace. 300 was goofy action and all the meta-interpretations people have of it and Sucker Punch as some stealthily smart critique are baseless. Donald Rumsfeld is not a witty satire of neoconservative RWA ideology just because you're able to laugh at his absurdity.

There's hundreds of people that are innocent on the list. It is a bullshit list that requires no oversight to have someone added, and no explanation once you're added. "Her name sounds like Al Qaeda" would not be the most absurd reason someone's name is on the list. I mean, there are four people suing the US

I had a long post here with a more accurate explanation of what 'radical feminism' actually means and how it is an ideology that existed a long time before blogs or tumblr or TERFs, and how it is unfair to characterize radical feminism as 'like feminism, but crazy!!' or as matriarchists. But my post was a bit
