Altough, I don’t think he intended for the Silmarillion or histories to be released, we have Christopher to thank for those (which is not bad thing. It can be hard to find good people to play with. It is unfortunate that this is so common, but disassociating yourself from them was the best thing you could have done. You do not need that negative crap. May you find friends with better character.
