I also would throw in the issues of fragmentation and fad-chasing. When there are now 37 types of IPA in the grocery store aisle, the customer gets confused and defaults to what they know.

I vote for any restroom that have a “Need Help?” hotline number to get out of dangerous situations. I have seen it a few places and applaud any business that takes the safety of its clientele that seriously and actually does something instead of just shrugging and saying we’re just a restaurant, nothing we can do.
