That was an internet rabbit hole I preferred not to go down....

Once again, a Torch article results in me googling something that would have never otherwise crossed my mind: 1984 Chrysler New Yorker interior.

Clicked on this assuming the sugar-free Haribo’s were going to play a hilarious and tragic role in this story.  I’m sadly disappointed.....

Fair enough. Full disclosure, I didn’t watch it, nor will I. I’ve made it this far in life without giving a single click to a Logan brother and I’m not starting now. Still believe there is a far better way for BBCE to go about this than “You want to film a youtube video with us? Sure, what’s the worst that can happen?”

Did they just spot a huge gap in the market and pivot to fill it?  Once I read they are focusing on class 3-6, I started thinking “Who else is going after that sector?”  I got nothing.  The bulk of the focus seems to be all class 1-2 at one end (Ford, Chevy, Rivian, I guess Tesla) and 7-8 at the other (Freightliner,

That part confuses me, too. I speculated elsewhere that no company would agree to go on video, knowingly, with a youtube star when the only possible outcome is getting their reputation nuked. I could only think that somehow they convinced themselves of the old adage “all publicity is good publicity” and are just

Also Houstonian, but relatively new. Serious question....it is a football crazy town, yes, but how much do you really think that is directed towards the Texans. The feeling I get after working here for a decade and living here for a couple years is that football fandom in Houston is 45% college, 35% Cowboys, 10% mix

Going to doubt that.  More than a bit of overkill for cabin air.....

Ah, so it’s a Jason Torchinsky design.  Got it.

I know there are still reasons to harness an air intake even for electric platforms, but I can’t help but be confused by what exactly they are supplying with the massive roof scoop.....

That’s a pretty sweet looking Aston Martin Vulcan body kit right there....

If something smells rotten, it usually is....

This screams setup from beginning to end. If this all were a legit (er...illegit) scam to fleece a rich person out of millions, then I doubt you would load the boxes with GI Joe cards. The payoff here is just too good/funny to be a coincidence.  I’m not saying that everyone in the above video is complicit, but yeah,

A couple drops off sriracha in Grain Belt Premium beer.  Thank me later.

Step one: Put egg in vinegar.

Pre-Order. Two aftermarket snake oil coatings before driving the thing. Homes in West Virginia AND Colorado....

They’re track bikes, so no derailleurs.  And only $25k if you want to order one.....

Complete amateur take on this, but I feel like I’ve read tech write-ups that say the dog-tracking actually provides net-aero-positive gains on an oval track.

Since I became familiar with Frosk on LEC broadcasts, I always admired how unabashed she was at being herself. Surrounded by gamer boys trying to sound likes sports anchors, she stood out....and not because of her sartorial awesomeness....

Similar here.....I compartmentalize fun vs functional when it comes to cars. Yes, I prefer fun cars to boring cars, but more important than that, my daily needs to be functional to get me to my preferred fun (cycling, climbing, hiking, etc). Guess we just have different venn diagrams than David.
