I love how khachapuri has been popping up on lists for years as the next big food trend (per Eater in 2017&2019, here, all over instagram and pinterest for years). Hell, we cyclists do that.....I hear of an incident and unfortunately the first thing that crosses my mind is often “was it a cyclist or a person on a bike?”

Last fun side note I’ll leave here.....Truck Yard is now getting mocked amongst Houston facebook groups for being based out of Dallas. While we all may disagree on things, one thing all Houstonians can unite on is that Dallas is terrible.
