Not defending Froome, but do some research. His potential ban has zero to do with why he is riding the Giro. He is trying to achieve 3 consecutive Grand Tour wins (Tour, Vuelta, Giro....ie: the Tiger slam). Don’t skew the context....

I was there last night and you are absolutely right on #2. Murray (and Mills) were on him tighter than his jersey. Clearly impacted Russ and set the tone for the game. The hero ball in the 2nd half was painful to watch at times.

Friends in high school (late 90s) worked at the only full service wash in town. They literally donned rain suits and walked through the wash holding on to cars power antennas so they didn’t break off. Amazingly all still have two arms.
