Oh, I thought this movie was some sort of appreciation revival of the tense, disturbing, psychological thriller indie film of the same name that came out in 2016.

Kevin Hart has one of the absolute worst (yet highly successful) film careers I can think of. Wahlberg has been in some stinkers, sure, but a couple of very good films too. Has Hart *ever* been the lead in a good movie, or even a decent one?

I think “Cancel culture doesn’t exist” or “isn’t a thing” is meant to be shorthand for “as long as you’re rich and/or famous (and most likely white and male).

I’m increasingly coming to the view that JJ has done more damage to scripted film and TV than anyone else for decades now.

I wish people would stopped using the term fridged everytime a female character dies. That's not what fridging is. She wasn't fridged. She had an arc. It ended. She also made way for a tremendous character.

As much as I love Buffy and even with all the Whedon drama, would still call it one of my favorite shows, this does not make me sad. I’m not glad for it either. I’m really more like, “Probably for the best.” 🤷‍♀️
