He hasn’t ruined his career. According to Jussie Smollett, he’s telling the truth. And the Chicago PD haven’t exactly been known as a bastion of truth and justice, so I am reserving judgment at the moment.

From the sound of it, he wasn’t the disruption. It sounded like the teacher created and escalated a conflict with a child. The child’s reaction to that should not be grounds for an arrest, or even a suspension.

An adult doesn’t engage in an angry one on one dispute like this with an 11 year old. You step back and let it go no matter what trash you think. If you are going to argue with anyone get to his parents.

He was specifically arrested because he’s black. We can’t gloss over that part of the issue, I’ve seen white kids get away with the WORST shit but a black kid being half as bad and suddenly the issue becomes monumentally worse.

Anthems and national pledges are literal brainwashing tools. No one should take part in any of them.

That’s what I always have to ask when people start screaming “False flag!!111!!!” about incidents like this... what does anybody stand to gain by faking something like this when similar incidents happen every fucking day anyway?

There are very few good reason to arrest and charge an 11-year-old child with a crime. 99.9% of disciplinary issues with young children should be handled without criminalizing them by getting law enforcement involved.

I’m saying flat out that their past behavior of abuse has rightfully earned them the reputation of being both racist and homophobic. Which would explain why this investigation has been so suspect.

Every accusation deserves to be investigated. Nothing more, nothing less.

Considering they have not done this in any other case EXCEPT for this... its hard not to assign an attribute to their motive..

Thank you for getting it.  Sorry everyone but is EXTREMELY unlikely for hate crimes to be fake.  It’s kinda like victim blaming. 99% of reported rapes are real and the other 1% are just used by people who hate women to justify bringing rape back.

There’s a difference between calling someone a liar and saying somethings don’t add up. 

So many aspects of this case are disturbing but the one that’s foremost in my mind is the utter glee with which LEO’s seem to look forward to killing Black people as evidenced by how many other standoffs with white people don’t end in death. Standoffs with whites who are armed, have published anti-government…
