Teenagers, and girls at that? The shooter would have to pray that the parents don’t go after him and his crew. I’m just saying.

It’s all about a relationship with God, not religion. This is a perfect example of what not to do when preaching a sermon. Don’t claim to be a Christian, and not show love to His creation.

I totally agree. Peacefully protest, but don’t burn, tear down and loot. It’s counterproductive.

I listened to the entire message this morning, and I don’t find anything wrong with what he was saying. He wasn’t targeting us (including Hispanics and American Indians) for that matter.  He included himself in the press conference, and wasn’t pointing fingers. The fact that he’s married to a white woman is his

Usually the grocery stores in poor neighborhoods charge almost more than the stores in affluent neighborhoods.  It’s by design.

Wow. Everything you just said is a stereotype.

That may have been back in the day, but there are generations of people of color that want to eat healthy, but lack the financial resources, and are limited in selections of food.

This is a worldwide virus, and when the president blames China for bringing it into the country (false), are people going to treat Asians (no matter where they come from in the world), like they’re the problem?

Not to mention the fact that they could take away the democracy we have and enjoy, and become the “King of America”.

The Senate impeached him, and the House absolved him of any guilt.  He got away with it, and his followers feel like that was a major victory.  I wouldn’t be surprised at all if this was a plan for him to cancel the elections and blame it on the Corona Virus.

People don’t like to be offended, however if you bring up things that are obviously a sore spot for a particular race or nationality, then they will be offended.  How about you read the history of people of color, and include the Jews as well, and then you might understand where we’re coming from.

If you’re black, but not an African American (black), where are you from, and how could you not know the history of the United States, and race relations. It’s not just blacks, but American Indians, Hispanics and Jews.

Huh?

Furthermore, they’re trying to bring it back.

In this particular case, I fail to see why the offended should apologize for a “joke”.  If this young man were white and Jewish, and the coach opted to show a swastika, would it still be considered a joke?

As long as the hair is neat and well kept, who cares how long it is.  We just don’t get to do us, because we need to conform.  Ridiculous and outrageous!

I love Tyler Perry’s work, but what I’m starting to see is a theme where the black man is consistently demonized or beaten into submission by some black woman who thinks that they know how to raise a family without a man.  I’m just over it.  That’s not reality.

In other words, I’m surprised that you can put together a sentence that makes sense, that doesn’t involve Ebonics.  That’s what makes you “well spoken” as a black man.  Do you understand why it’s a big deal?  It’s a backhanded insult.

I agree...she shouldn’t be on the $20 bill.  How about the $100 bill?  That’s a thought.

And they should have to deal with the consequences of their freedom of speech foolishness.  By all means, have whatever opinion you want, but know that you will have to answer to those who don’t agree with you.
