He reportedly told federal officials that they should illegally seize land to build the border wall and that he would pardon them for any criminal charges.  This, at least arguably, constitutes bribery of a federal official.

Oh, I agree completely. I’ve written at least a dozen emails to Colorado’s junior senator, Republican Cory Gardner, begging him to open his fucking mouth and put country before party and his reelection bid, and speak out for what is right.

That’s a great psychological insight into his appeal. There are so many people out there who are so infantile and emotionally stunted like he is, so deluded by a false sense of greatness and so unwilling to better themselves, that they can’t deal with their own fallibility and incompetence.

I want Donald Trump to drop dead so fucking badly. It’s the only thing that can stop this insanity. Even a 2020 landslide win by the Dems won’t end this because he refuses to abide by the rules that have kept our democracy strong for nearly 250 years.

It’s hilarious that they think, like Trump, they can fuck repeatedly and not suffer any consequences. Seemingly unaware they don’t have the wealth or power he does to emerge from his fuck ups unscathed.
