Its Sony's fault for not calibrating the screen to something reasonable, not the Dev, also without question every OLED I've used is pretty horrible compared to their top of the line IPS LCD counterparts. They are all show over saturated and blue, like they couldn't compensate for it? The OLED's I have seen are nowhere

Well if you leave out opinion it's just a list of facts, which also needs to exist somewhere but allows for no real analysis of the game. You pick what reviews to pay attention to/ignore based on what reviewers share similar opinions to. The score can be good when you know who the reviewer is as a way of making a

you mean like one doesn't roll off the line incredibly over saturated with an insane amount of blue tint? I think half these problems come from color correction in the game itself.

why would teh game and it's dev suck, going forward maybe it wouldn't be wise, but originally they only had one screen to work with, even then you still want color correction on the vita(s) especially since the OLED looks godawful without it.

I think the screen itself is fine and it's more of a result of games being color corrected to look less blue on the terrible VITA OLED.

That sounds about 100x less annoyign than the one in my neighborhood, also why don't they just create laws regarding volume and length of sound playing for these trucks, I don't really mind if the truck announces its around by playing a jingle for a couple seconds, but the constant loop the entire time the truck is in

Yeah, I'll really miss all that
"roadfeel" a dump truck gets ;) this would actually be great as an mode for EPS, especially in big cruisers.

GTAV: First Lick

I always read it as Xbox One now instead of "xbone lulz boners"

Yes, they use more power and produce more heat. You can build them on mini ITX platforms that are fairly small though for no additional cost. Also this is much smaller than the Xbox/ps3 and there is no real reason for that.

Controls are terrible? wtf? They work perfectly, the cover system is a little wonky, but... wut?

I think the Altima also looks bad, my head feeks like they put the wrong panel on the car and went "oops lets fix that" but not terrible like the Chevy.

Yeah, especially with so much animation required, these look pretty good all things considered.

Mike, will you be doing a review? I know you mostly concentrate on handhelds but I would love the offical (or unofficial as it may be) Mike Fahey review of this game. Mostly because it will give me insane ideas. Secondly because Trevor is the videogame version of you (or at least your writing persona).

works fine on the Z since it matches the flow of the body.

I miss the green =( it's ugly but for nostalgic purposes I love it.

Fucking hate sunroofs, it took a while to find my Abarth without one.

You wouldn't want the land to be flat would you? Thats where you run into an issue, though I guess the waves from GTAIV's water could be fixed in place to create "dunes" dynamically, it would still look pretty stupid.

I guess an endless desert would be feasible, though for some reason I don't think the XBOX/PS3 would like it.

guess you are right, i never played it though, what happened above the city?
