That's great but do they make one for my Clevo? they would probably need to use the whole cow.

It has to do with image compression creating the artifact, remember it isn't consistently happening just when the conditions are just right. for example that six looks a bit washed out, after compression and running it through a filter to get rid of noise and make the text darker it winds up goofy and happens to loo

Things to consider, these will be sold only slightly above cost. They come with an OS that charges no licensing (that's 120bucks right there!) and the solar panel accounts for a max of probably 50 dollars, less if they get them at distributor/wholesale pricing.

I have the same issue with the matte ones getting blown out, it only helps in medium light environments where it reduces back reflection, a glossy screen with anti glare coatings is far superior in nearly every way but color accuracy.

Definitely plenty of general guidelines devs follow. Regardless there is plenty of info out there backing up the fact that L4D3 is in late/active development.

I am aware, but it's never obvious that they have a specific game in active development like the info we get here.

Don't be a dick. of course they have all kinds of ideas and little mock ups and proof of concepts all the time, but this image suggests late development/debug of the game and its engine. I was merely suggesting that sometimes they don't have anything more than a few ideas floating around. Like, they might NOT be

They wouldn't because maybe they never intended to make those games.

The phone room could also just be a telecom closet with all the phone/internet gear in it.

Yeah considering I payed 50 bucks for my Onkyo receiver I can live with Dolby Digital encoded audio (though DTS is far better, come on Microsoft!) also you can totally get surround for games over optical, I've been doing it for a while now... there is probably a nearly imperceptible amount of latency involved in

yeah, unfortunately the optical out makes it worthless in my setup. though TBH I really need to upgrade to a HDMI receiver.

I'd gladly pay 200 a month for gigabit, that's some serious shit, I pay 100 a month for 50mb/s (I do however get 65mb/s sustained speeds normally)

you can go even cheaper then use a much larger battery so it can be remotely deployed for long periods of time (think days instead of hours)

wouldn't an old android device be much cheaper? IE old feature android phones should be less than 20 bucks and include everything needed to do all of this.

it mostly has to do with unreal engine being a crazy bitch. In most other engines it would be very easy to just not render the UI on one side or offset them so they sync.

This is even better when I imagine it as a Chinese guy doing karaoke. (I know its a horrible stereotype but its far too often true)

You just have to order and wait.

They can't ignore the popularity of Chromecast.

Meh. I doubt your "mini PC" supports 1080p HD streams and 5.1 audio, which chrecast does, also there's something to be said about the simplicity of the Chromecast. Once it supports all those things it will be a much better solution.

They say it should and its normal. Use the extension to give it more breathing room if it really bothers you, though considering it has no battery those temperatures won't hurt anything.
