specs? patch version?
Oh god the framerate, the PC version better have some good GPU tricks so I don't need the latest 400 dollar processor OVERCLOCKED to play it.
It runs on the source engine so it would be very easy to scale, the source engine has already been ported over to the 360 as well, it should be a good port. also 512MB of ram, christ I couldn't even play a dos game on 512k
They probably just mean the technical port is being done by an outside company. It won't be like a DS COD game. lol.
No that's not the point, saying that a company is run by accountants implies that they never look at how a change really effects the attitude of the customer or their willingness to continue buying their product. Microsoft treats all their customers like walking wallets to the point where I would consider them evil…
It's definitely a good will gesture, something I don't feel entitled to have but would definitely make them look very good in my eyes. It's part of marketing. MS is run by the accounting department though, and that will be their downfall.
Why would the ps4 be unplayable? also could MS not just patch that requirement out?
The good guy move would be to patch that out before bringing those offline but Microsoft isn't really known for making the good guy move.
That's what I said didn't I? I just went a lot less technical to break it down a little better for most people. Basically nothing short of "magic" (major coding breakthrough) would make it happen, it's definitely not impossible though, just not very feasible.
=( wish I had money I'd love to back this, it looks fantastic.
It's probably identical in function, Logitech likes to do this since the tech changes pretty slowly this gives the appearance of more frequent innovation.
Pillow forts still seem cheaper than dumpsters filled with A/V equipment.
lol, I like the idea of an immersion chamber, but really... I could just make a blanket/pillow fort if I wanted that.
It actually looks wicked cozy, but I'm still insanely confused as to why this exists.
No that's exactly how it works. the Vita emulates a controller and the PS3 just encodes and streams the video to the Vita. Easy peasy Sony already put that code into the OS. Each game may need a set of streaming settings optimized for it though, not that it wouldn't work regardless. It does cause lag on the PS3 since…
There are hacky ways to do it, but the Keyboard/Mouse setup for ME2 is really tight while gamepads work like ass(coming from someone who uses a mix of both and enjoys it), I'd just learn to deal with it.
Does anyone else get this greasy crap on their PS3 sticks? I doesn't happen on my newer red controller but if I don't use my black one for a week it looks like this.
The first episode is awful. the rest is good.
