I don't actually know. I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet, but it's on my list of things to pick up due to my one friend basically being like YOU MUST GET THIS NOW.

Yeah, she really doesn't have a like... definitive villain that isn't weird. I think what would work best is if they worked heavily in the format of Captain America and had her fight Nazis (since a lot of her early stuff was WWII related), although we'd need a few years between us and the Captain America movie, so it

I'd love to see a Question movie. That could be great. And I'm honestly hoping we work up to a Black Widow movie (or at the very least a Black Widow and Hawkeye team up movie- we want to know what happened in Budapest dammit!!). I feel like we'll never get a good Wonder Woman movie, which is depressing. Hell, half of

Ms. Marvel is actually Captain Marvel now (and you should totally read it- I have it on my list to pick up and have heard nothing but good things. Kelly Sue DeConnick, the writer, and her husband Matt Fraction, the writer on the completely rad Hawkeye: My Life as a Weapon are probably two of the best writers working

I haven't watched yet, but that's what I thought when I heard about this. It sounds like the heckler equivalent of "I'm going to turn this car around" and other parent phrases.

I was just about to comment on this too. Was Kruger involved in this or is it a play on her work?

My school used a 4 pt scale (although you could go above 4.0 if you took weighted classes like AP and Honors stuff- which I did). I have heard of places using 100 scales, though, so it isn't unusual, I don't think.

Yo, what is up with people thinking GMO=contains chemicals? That's not how genetics works you guys.

That clip is excellent.

This is a good point. I was about to say something about them being not as relevant recently... but Moby and Barbara Streisand and... okay really most of the list.

My super conservative dad was PISSED when Psy was on TV for New Year's Eve. The news about the old anti-American comments had just broken recently at the time and he got all mad and was like "hurghblurghwargarble North Korea." Which I hope is as funny to you as it is to me.

I hadn't heard that actually. I frequently see her drawn as black, or at least a fairly tan color.

Noooo! Not MPREG!

Now playing

My comics and internet addled brain went here first, although Mario Kart probably makes more sense.

Haha that's fine. I was probably going to put it on my DA as well anyway. I'm glad you like it!!

Okay, so this far from my best work, but this is what I came up with. If I was any good at backgrounds I would have had her Batman-ing it up on top of a roof. I tried to use the Justice robe to give her a cape. Also, I'm not super good at drawing real actually existing people.

I'm kind of hoping they'll name the school (or parts of the school) after some of the staff that died. I remember reading that a school in Victoria Soto's hometown renamed a school after her.

Post some more details on the character design and I think some sketches might turn up. The world could use more badass Ruth Bader Ginsburg fanart haha.

My dad apparently wanted to name me Orlando.

I don't think that is a terribly uncommon trend. I get the impression that in some of the countries in the Middle East went through a religious conservatism + politics thing at some point, just like the US did in the 80s, and that might account for it. Would you agree?
