The irrational hatred of EVs and hybrids on social media is unbelievable. I’m in Florida and can spend a good portion of the evening “reporting to admin” in local groups - or just blocking trogs.

I am, however, not sold on the amount on anger and animosity I see on the road now. It’s almost like I’m flying a banner on the car inviting lifted trucks to drive aggressively and cut me off. I swear there are just a bunch of babies out there that see any avatar of change as a personal attack. Jerks.

I’m in the same boat, when I buy a car it’s for at least 10-15 years. I’ve got a few more years before I seriously start looking, and by then there should be some kick-a$$ looking EVs out there to chose from (new and used).
