Yeah, her food looks pretty decent, although most of her 30-minute meals would probably take me an hour and a half only because it takes me 3 times as long to prep the ingredients. But the whole "EVOO" and "sammies" and "yum-o!" and other awful awful abbreviations and babytalk just drives me up the wall.

It's based on interaction, which would be liking or commenting on someone's post, or them doing so on your posts, etc. Nothing to do with the frequency of their posts. They're assuming if I never even click like on your posts, that I don't care about you enough to see all your status updates.

Hubby applied for a job at 38 Studios when they were still in Maynard, before moving down to RI. We were later both so very relieved he wasn't hired.

Seriously, right? Three clips does not a montage make.

Just eat in healthy portions and you're fine.

Meh, we're not actually Brewers fans. We were in town for a cousin's wedding and thought it would be fun to do with all the kids. And it really was! Except for the fact that it was a dreadfully boring game that went into dreadfully boring extra innings. But that's not always what going to a baseball game is about.

I was actually there on Sunday. We didn't pay that much, trust me. StubHub day-of tickets were going down in price as we watched. (It was a family outing, so sue us.)

I personally don't; I got the LTC so that I would be comfortable with the firearms my hubby has and if for some reason I had to transport them it would be legal. And so that I could legally have access to my safe at home (if I didn't have a permit, then he would technically have to keep the combination from me, which

Agreed. Massachusetts is the ONLY state that requires a permit for pepper spray. Other states may have age or size/concentration limitations, but you can march up to any sports store and buy it without any hassle. It's pretty damn stupid.

That's just obnoxious. I am fortunate to live in a "green" town so was able to get my Class A LTC with no problems last year, but the 4-month wait between the application interview and when the license was received back from the state was annoying. At least your FID is a "shall issue" and not a "may issue" so they

Actually both Franklin and North Attleborough are "green" towns in MA (I assume his LTC was in N. Attleboro), which means it's pretty easy (comparatively) to get a Class A unrestricted license there. Just have to have the right paperwork, essentially.

I guess I'm lucky. I had spotting for the week after the Mirena went in, and haven't had a period or even any spotting since except for when they took the first one out and put the 2nd one in. 8 years straight of no periods! It's heavenly.

I am working on getting stronger (yes, via Crossfit) so that my body burns more calories (since more muscle will burn more calories even at rest), I get skinnier (necessary for health reasons, not vain ones, although looking better is a nice side effect), my blood pressure goes down, and I live longer. I don't "use"

A good many Crossfit gyms don't have showers at all (mine doesn't - no shower, no changing room, no lockers, we're lucky there's a bathroom at all). So I assume that's why having the gym closer to work than home is a pain in the butt for PTL.

I'm probably going to be bumping up from 4x to 5x per week in a couple months. I don't do much on the weekends and I don't get a lot of activity at work or home, so I honestly need the exercise (and I admit I'm fully in the "addicted to Crossfit" camp.) I'm not a small girl and have recently started a new diet; I

It is a smugness, but for me also a feeling of accomplishment. Hey, I did at least ONE useful thing today! Good for me! Now if I sit on my ass the rest of the day, I'm still not a failure!

Hubby and I find it better to work out in the mornings. We've done it in the evenings but I just feel like I get no time to relax then. Cause I "sleep in" till I have to get up for work, then get home, change, go to the gym, quick shower/rinse, have dinner, and by then it's practically time for bed. If we force

I personally find skipping the stretch at the end will hurt more in the long run than skipping the warm up at the beginning.

Stretching, stretching, stretching, and way more stretching. Also foam rolling. I'm currently battling some knee issues that are probably due to my weight and sudden increase in activity (although I'm a big overpronator too) and what has helped it feel better is stretching and foam rolling. It takes up about half my

He must be. I recognized that rooster immediately.
