I live fairly close to Yosemite and have been hearing about this for awhile. Delaware North threatened this lawsuit back during RFP review process, saying they’d sue if they weren’t awarded the new contract. They lost to Aramark, sued, and now the names are being changed.

The worst part is that DNC Had a lock on most park accommodations (save some private homes, Yosemite west, etc). DNC ran all the properties into the ground. The awahnee has some threadbare carpets and some rooms have broken tiles (not cool for 400/night+), falls lodge has rooms without renovation for over 20 years…
