It works better when there isn’t a five minute setup that Jost keeps stumbling over. Plus the joke itself wasn’t THAT great. Most of the times they’ve done it before Jost’s jokes have been as good—or close to it—as Che’s.

The place is fantastic. They are slammed every hour they’re open because they’re fantastic. I can’t speak to the ketchup thing, but the massive business it does in its short open time span speaks for itself. And the food is *chef’s kiss*

I love Baltimore so much. Philly will always be #1 in my heart, but Baltimore has a very similar weird-fun vibe that the other Mid-Atlantic cities take themselves too seriously to have.
