The biggest thing a sharper display on the phone will help is reading text. I wonder if this is a precursor to Apple's bookstore coming to the iPhone.

What exactly does "1,500 new features" mean for a piece of software that was just released? Doesn't that mean that they're all new features?

@ddhboy: The previous iphone was 480 x 320, or exactly half. If they wanted to up-rez, going to 960x640 makes sense.

Any word yet on the rumored console refresh? I have an old 360 here with busted controller ports and tottering on the edge of red ringing.

A far more comic strip version of Lara? Didn't the director say that he wants more character development than action scenes?

I was given a box of terrible Genesis titles when a game store closed, some of which were converted into a doorstop.

I don't personally care if the movie is true to the source material, so long as it isn't terrible. What you want to do is stay true to what made the source material enjoyable, or else you're trying to re-invent the wheel.

@Manly McBeeferton: You phrase that as if there was more than one good (or at least forgivable) Resident Evil movie.

Chances are, you won't get much leakage from outside-in with open air unless you're DJing. However, open will annoy everyone around you, which could be important if you plan on using headphones on the subway.

@Culebra: Say what you will about stickyness, etc, but that Blur commercial counts as an impression for Mario Kart. Similarly, the Crash Bandicoot commercial just positions Nintendo as the champion.

This casting has me confused. Perturbed. Perplexed. One might even call it... A Puzzlement.

...Or that he thinks ramping up on PS3 development (again) would be more expensive than the likely number of buyers of their game who could not also buy games on their PC.

@MaWeiTao: It's not a true reflection. It doesn't reflect any of the cars, and the terrain isn't aligned properly. But it does contain the 2 different sides of the road, and the broad position concept looks right.

@Sugoi: Any car sim that isn't fun has missed the point of a car sim. Taking a stock car and tweaking aspects of the ride is fun in real life. If it is a chore in a game, that's the fault of the game.

@fuchikoma: I hadn't realized that GT5 was not released.

@Marzeth: They had a hard time porting their previous games over. The Orange Box on the PS3 was obviously a very hard birth, and sales did not appear that high.

20 minutes later? He sat there praying that someone would bring him toilet paper for 20 minutes?
