I saw the same movie at roughly the same time in my life. I was in my senior year of high school and was headed off to college. My experience was somewhat different- to have any new Star Wars movie was such a treat that I honestly don’t remember feeling any disappointment at all. It was a total popcorn blockbuster fun…

and there’s hundreds of millions of dollars worth of damage.

His death was caused by his unknown and undiagnosed congenital heart defect. Any spicy food (or anything that raised his heart rate, really) could have killed him. Sucks for everyone involved, but the chip was a contributing factor at best. 

Early Infinitis were pretty great before they became the Altimas with Leather they are today. 

The difference between the standard and sport seats on an Audi is night and day. My back was killing me until I bought an entire set of sport seats from a wreck and installed them. So much better. 

He got a pass for creating two of the best creepy/horror movies of recent years that blew everyone’s expectations out of the water, veered hard from those themes, and made a pretty crappy movie. He’ll make good movies again.

Rented an SLC300 as a fun weekend car for a trip to a buddy’s wedding. It was cramped, rattled like a Yugo, leaked water, and drove like a farm tractor. Removed my desire to ever ride in one again.

I live in MD now, and the drivers here are more aggressive than Texas, but I lived in Texas for 10 years and I have NEVER seen worse drivers in my life, including in rural Central America.

I literally toured this home looking at houses in the area. It was wild.

The V8 in these early ones is pretty bulletproof. With some TLC and a once-over on the engine, this would run forever. NP.
