The V8 in these early ones is pretty bulletproof. With some TLC and a once-over on the engine, this would run forever. NP.

If they reject American citizenship, I say we take up a national collection to purchase these fine individuals one-way tickets to Iran or the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I’d even spring for weekly “Bon Voyage!” parties at the airport for them, with champagne! 

My rule for flying Spirit is the same as taking Greyhound - I never will, ever again. 

Get a lawyer is almost always the answer. Don’t admit guilt, get a court date, and if it’s bad enough, hire a lawyer. I had a 5-point ticket disappear when my lawyer negotiated a deal where I attended traffic school. I completed the course and my violation got dismissed. It was well worth the $800 I paid.
