As a former Fit owner and (still) a Fit aficionado, I was gonna say- for all their qualities, they are not, uh, fast cars.

Y’all seem to not understand that this is exactly the reaction he wanted. Christ.
If you are driving a 2005-2010 Nissan Altima, there is an 80% chance that:
Right up until you plow into them.
This is perhaps the most American thing that New Zealand has ever done.
California has been a repeated series of own-goals for over a decade.

Advocating that someone take their own life really proves that you’re a level-headed, reasonable person capable of thoughtful, rational discourse.
A rider near where I live t-boned a minivan while doing 120mph a few years ago. The rider was killed instantly, but the impact was hard enough to topple the minivan and send the occupants, a mom and two small girls, to the hospital with serious injuries.
Yup, I was wrong about maintenance. And your Tesla is actually the perfect example of the kinds of EVs we need- lower cost, reliable, and available to (almost) everyone.
Or a younger guy who’s done the same and has all the records, yes.
These kinds of cars (A8L, 750, S-class, etc) are absolutely amazing bargains if, and only if, you understand and accept the massive repair and maintenance costs they will likely incur. This car is $18,500, and you’ll likely pay at least that in the first three years you own it in maintenance and repairs.
Yup, my phrasing was bad. I should have said the battery replacement or repair costs when they lose a vast percentage of their charge over a decade.
I agree, after looking into it, maintenance tends to be lower for EVs than for ICE cars. I think what I was trying to convey is the cost to replace the batteries when they lose 60% of their charge in 10 years.
Shocking that people aren’t wild about $60k (at 7% interest!) cars with limited, often-broken charging infrastructure and insane repair and maintenance costs.
And y’all keep giving them your money.
Forgive my total ignorance of this matter.... but why is Nintendo required to endorse the tournament at all? It’s people playing a game they own.
I get it. Spider-Man 2 is a great game, but 6 of your last 10 articles have been about this game. It’s beyond overkill.
