This looks absolutely confusing

I wonder what people think of is disabled gamers had a way to opt-in to a sort of “disabled” tag for their various gaming profiles? I like to think the majority of players, on seeing this tag (which would have to be verified in some way) would then empathise with these people rather than bully them for it.

For the

This thing reeks of Tokyo Ghoul, only with blood in place of body parts.

Earlestly..?

I haven’t had any issue stumbling across any spoilers waiting for the game, and as Jason said, it’s been out for months. Anyone watching a streamer play this game either A) doesn’t care if the story is spoiled for them, probably because they’ve no intention of buying it, or B) has already completed the game, so

I’m actually feeling some regret about buying the game now. This is an awfully shady practice, and simply shouldn’t be allowed. Anyone watching a streamer play the game either A) isn’t going to buy the game anyway, and so doesn’t care about any spoilers or B) has already bought the game and doesn’t care about someone

I know it sounds daft, but that “10 hours longer than necessary” thing puts me off. I had the same problem with Nioh, a game I still haven’t finished simply because I got bored before the finish.

So Gilgamesh gave him the scar? Ok. Saved myself XNZD.

Is anyone actually playing in that video? I feel like most of it could be achieved with a rubber band.

This is heart-breaking. I love Sonic, but these new games are shite. They need to diversify. Sonic Adventures 2 is pretty universally liked, right? Why not have more of that?

Let’s be honest, the film is just not going to be very good, regardless of the cast.

How does streaming games even work? Sounds dubious.

There’s not enough story there to spoil, don’t worry.

So, what about reviewers who receive the game for review? Hmm.

I think this is pretty bullshit, really. I feel the complete opposite of Valve’s train of thought: people who invested in the game are more likely to be fan-boys; people who receive it for free are going to be more honest.

And I think Valve feels this way,

It probably helps that there’s, like... not many games to play on the Switch a couple of weeks after it’s release.

Those closing comments remind me of how I felt about Nioh. I was having a great time, I thought, until I had to fight the first boss for a 6th time, knowing that there’s a 7th in there somewhere. I wish my desire to play had left me after I completed the main mission.

“That’s not a typo.”

I’m glad you said. It’s sometimes hard to tell with Kotaku articles.

I’ve never cared much for raiding, mainly from not having a regular bunch of friends to play with (in New Zealand, no less).

I know people have been keen on VoG for a while (No Crota’s End, though... I still don’t really know who that guy is), but I’m more interested in what else will be on offer.

I just assume “Steam”, failing that, “Google”.

Couldn’t they make it so that the docked Switch doesn’t automatically jump to 900p? Seems like the best of both world if you don’t have oodles of cash for a massive TV

I’d say Nioh’s only real sin is the lack of enemy variety. Even Bloodborne had the sense to use old models in new ways with The Old Hunters.

Nioh is still great, however. Thoroughly enjoying it so far, and I’m around 40 or so missions/sub-missions in.
