People seem to prefer an asshole off the field to an asshole on the field.

I was going to write this long rant but it pretty much boiled down to this:
Their bewilderment at Kane taking every free kick was a delight.
With the price of strikers, 60m for Morata isnt a bad deal seeing how Watford slapped a 30m tag on Deeney. There is a shortage of strikers and with new TV money and new coaches at Man U, Man City and Chelsea means there will be spending.
I would love just one major market team to just say no to this. Sorry, no money, if you dont like it move. Time to pick yourself up by your bootstraps and pay for this shit yourself.
Soccer in the states has a long way to go still. I mean where are the weapons? The wanton destruction of store fronts? Did anyone ever blast music outside the team hotel or player place of residence at 3am?
A true Spursian performance by Liverpool tonight. Wonder if they had lasagna last night.
I am a through and through Arsenal fan but you know what? Fuck it, I love this guy. I love this team and this entire story.
Have Klinsmann just be in charge of the development of the US Soccer program and put a world class manager in charge of the USMNT. I know world class managers aren’t waiting for the call from the US but you can also open the purse strings and have someone name their price. This also assumes that those in power…
Yes you are 100% correct. I am the only person to ever mention it and there was never any newspaper headlines or any mention of it until I posted it on Kinja.

Well Arsenal did win a World Cup, so maybe?
Very much looking forward to him bitching about poor reffing after Stoke away when Silva gets his leg snapped in two.
La Liga is the best to watch in the CL maybe, but the EPL is the best league to watch on a weekly basis. Sure only 5 different teams have ever won the league but week in and week out teams are playing other competitive teams. Stoke’s has Afellay, Bojan and Shaqiri ffs!
It is getting to the point where clubs like Chelsea and Real are just going to run out of new managers to appoint. They are just going to cycle through the same 7 or 8 every 5 or 6 years.
The Spurs remind me of the Arsenal squads before the spending leash was removed. Young, talented, full of potential, and most of all streaky. Much like those Arsenal teams, 4th is probably the best they will be able to do.
Welk he's gotta Zlatan something.
I think Pep is going to do another year at Bayern then replace Arsene. He will then sign Messi.
Didn't know the seasons are actually a decade long now. I just thought they felt that way.
This is and will forever be my favorite sideline reporter fuck up.
