Lol, yep - the one thing you don’t want is an unexpected convertible.

Nope. I use a heavy-duty 15-amp extension cord from Home Depot. (The Leaf charger draws 12 amps, and the regular orange cords are only rated for 10 - I used one for a couple of years and it fried the socket end.) I’ve been using the 15-amp cord in all kinds of weather for several years now and had no issues with it.

If N95 masks are significantly better than cloth ones, I don’t really see the point in wearing both. Seems like it would be much easier and just as effective to wear an N95 by itself.

I charge my Leaf in the rain all the time, with an extension cord. It’s fine. It’s designed to be fine. What company would sell a car that you can’t charge in the rain?

KITT from Knight Rider was supposed to be a Z-car in early drafts of the script. I like to imagine that, in some alternate universe, that was the version that made it to TV, and it had the exact same voice as this system, just to freak people out.
