Nonsense. It’s Elrond Hubbard and his Elven space magic...

When “the sausage mcmuffin machine is broken, ma’am”, I’m in trouble.

Nonsense. Everyone knows we’re just trying to make them sexy, which means:

Though true, these products are specifically designed and engineered to overcome good decision-making via our base human impulses.

Because his base are also the core pickup target; angry racist white guys afraid of being emasculated by ordinary people wanting simple equality.

So true. What a great, purpose-focused, and honest vehicle.

The answer is, as always and yet again, Miata.

Try it with E46 lights. A slight, though attractive resting bitch face is always preferable to the angry appliance all cars have become.

Had a 2001 E46 wagon (with a manual no less!) — It was goddamn sublime. Long roadtrips with camping destinations were the best.

This. I’ve had a few BMW’s and the only one I remember fondly was my E46 — Dignified, smooth, beautiful ride-handling balance, and *different* from all other cars of its time.

Worth noting: Harley-Davidson sponsored Sturgis, amidst a fucking pandemic. Thousands of cases and multiple hotspots have now been traced to it.

Wow, I almost forgot what dignity looked like...

The E46 M3 was the last BMW I’d consider. Good as some later M-cars were (and I’ve driven a bunch, a couple on track) they all tried too hard to look like a fucking running shoe or suffered from turbo blahs.

Mmm-hmm. How many ounces?

Most of my friends have been selling a car for this reason. If nothing else, it’s a temporary respite from payments, insurance, etc.

I’m continuing to have a hard time understanding why we need these at all. I mean, beyond the “that’s neat-o/I need it!” factor, of course.

We were separated at birth, weren’t we?

If “triage” is another term for “heavy drinking”, I’m right there with you.

Nopes. Some of the worse pollution affecting one’s cardio system comes from fine particulate matter kicked up by traffic, not engine emissions.
