Nailed it — made it again, albeit more flour, a bit of oil, and rolled thin for tortillas. They were epic. EPIC. And I eat nearly everything in a tortilla.

I will not admit to my loved ones that I loooove chili dogs.

Love ‘em. Used to have a E46 Touring - Sport package and manual too. Fantastic car.

Or, they’re simple, understated, and not fussy and overly-ornate.

Nicely proportioned, interesting, but overly styled, not the understated Teutonic design of pre-E90 BMW’s, IMHO.

My noobness is plainly noobier than your noobidity. Yeah, just didn’t use enough flour — It stuck to everything fierce, floured or not, hence tough to shape. If it were drier, it’d have been easy to roll and shape.

One more data point proving there hasn’t been a pretty BMW since the E46.

Honestly, I’ve been eating like a damn boss and lost 9 pounds, as of this AM.

Toasted naan bread, sausages/hot dogs split lengthwise, smothered in chili, melted cheddar, and diced onions. It’s heaven and hell in every bite.

Okay, I made it but, as a bread-making noob, I must’ve used a bit too much water/not enough flour — The dough was otherworldly sticky/rubbery so I couldn’t shape or flatten at all. Ended up throwing it at the pan, which actually worked well enough! I think I’ll cook at med-high with some olive oil and add a touch more

Weight, range, expense, and time:

THIIIIIIS. Waited tables in a swank restaurant in college — I hadn’t realized how tongs were used for everything. Mixing, stirring, flipping, sautéing, entertaining small children...

Love this. I’m out of tortillas and running low on frozen naan bread (pizzas, sandwiches, open-faced covered in chili, eggs, etc). Looks like I’ve got a solution...

This sounds perfect — I have plenty of flour but no yogurt or baking powder (only baking soda). Seems like it might be extra tasty frying in a little butter or a touch of olive oil.

“Getting inappropriately stoned by yourself on your couch...Wandering over to the park, then realizing you don’t actually want to be near anyone else, thus keeping a weird distance between yourself and others...Ordering a whole bunch of fast food because going into a restaurant would be too much right now...”

Same. And I ain’t going to a store. Fuck...

So, fresh steak fries, done right (most are frozen). Can’t speak to the twice-fried part but the blanching is similar, and awesome for it. I’ll have ‘em with/on a burger any day!

We can only dream of such reasonable gov’t policy. Thanks dude, take care!

Yup, snakeskin seats! The history on this car is wild too — It was a Spyder Corsa (open wheel) racer but received a Scaglietti-built body after a crash in the early 50's, IIRC. It’s one of the first Ferrari’s — #014I, a 1948, though no Roman numeral speedo, sadly...

LOLOL! Counterpoint:
